HOW IS THE SELECTION PROCESS?

To select Frank Dux Fellowship Awards’ nominees an open convocatory is launched. You cannot nominate yourself nor can anyone outside the Fellowship nominate you. 
Those nominated are examinated over the course of years and voted upon by the alumni and secret committee of the very best people in their respective fields.
The Commitee formulates its decision based upon the merits of each nominee’s character -- being an inspiration to others, performing charitable acts, possessing courage, skill, professional knowledge and good moral character. Unlike other award events there is no charge for the award. 
The Frank Dux Fellowship is a non profit organization. It sustains itself by the donations made by its members and different sponsors. Banquets for the FDF Awards Ceremony get paid by the attending public, who has an outstanding oportunity to meet true legends of different fields.
